    The Consul is the president of the chapter. He presides over chapter meetings and other chapter affairs and activities, and is responsible for the security of the chapter and it's charter. He maintains current knowledge of all chapter and member developments and activities, and follows up on all operations and programs through appropriate officers.

    The Pro-Consul serves as vice president of the chapter, and he works closely with the Consul in carrying out chapter operations. He is chairman of the chapter's executive committee must carry out other duties as the Consul requests. The Pro-Consul must be prepared to assume the duties of the Consul, should he be absent or unable to serve.

    The Quaestor is treasurer of the chapter. He is responsible for collecting and safeguarding all funds due the chapter. He prepares a budget before the start of the chapter fiscal year and presents it to the executive committee and members for approval. The Quaestor keeps accurate records of all financial operations.

    The Magister is responsible for conducting the new member training of the chapter so that all potential new members are committed, responsible, and active brothers by the time they go through initiation. He is essentially their liaison to the Chapter and it is his responsibility to ensure that the program is consistent with Sigma Chi's objectives, programs and materials.

    The Annotator is responsible for keeping current records of chapter activiities. He keeps track of brothers attending certain events and maintains accurate minutes from chapter meetings which are then distributed to the brothers.

    The Kustos is in charge of safeguarding the Chapter. He holds all essential chapter materials and ensures that anybody wishing to enter a chapter meeting is in fact a true Sigma Chi.

    The Recruitment Chairman is in charge of organizing the Chapter's year-round recruitment program. It is his responsibility to ensure that every potential new member is measured against against the requirements of The Jordan Standard. He is especially active during the University's rush period, ensuring all chapter activities adhere to University regulations.

    The Risk Manager ensures the safety of all members of the Chapter and anybody else involved in chapter activities. He is responsible for creating and sending out a list of designated drivers and sober exec's for social functions at the beginning of the semester.

    The Tribune is essentially an 'Alumni Chairman'. He is in charge of keeping Alumni up to date on current chapter information and getting the dates of Alumni weekend out in a timely manner.

    The Historian in responsible for recording the events and activities of the chapter and then makes a permanent record of members and activities. He also preserves the library, historical records, and properties of the chapter.

    The Chapter Editor sends quarterly news and photos to The Magazine of Sigma Chi. He also assists in the other printed materials such as brochures and flyers.

    Derby Days Chair

    The Derby Days Chair is responsible for organizing all aspects of Sigma Chi Derby Days events. He also is responsible for the promotion of Derby Days which is a week long event that in part raises money for the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
